Saw something funny with the NCC past commandant... our school got Mr Toh Chee Keong, his rank is major now, but in this pic, from 1st may 1983 to 31 Dec 1990, there's another guy named Lieutenant Colonel Toh Chee Keong, NCC Commandant for that time.... Then there's a officer manual on how to do drills all this, there's a name call 2nd Lieutenant Toh Chee Keong... Me & Feng Yuan said that Mr Toh from 2nd lieutenant promote to Lieutenant Colonel, then from Lieutenant Colonel demote to Major....
