It’s Asia’s first Mascot Parade, fully organised by youth and presented by SHINE Youth Festival!

• SHINE Youth Mascot Parade will be the key highlight for SHINE Youth Festival Launch Event on 27 June 2009 @ Ngee Ann City Civic Plaza.
• Expect a full day of Fantastic Activities starting from 1pm, and ending at 10pm.
  • Activities include: OTAKU UNLIMITED Cosplay Challenge/ BabeStar Boothbabes Contest / KuroBara Lolita GL Fashion Parade / KuroBara Dollfie Show /  SHINE Mascot Parade Costume Party / and a J-Rock Band Concert featuring Channel U's SuperBand [Ethe'Real] !!!
• Launch Event features a Youth Mascot Parade March in the heart of Singapore’s prime shopping district – Orchard Road.
• 4 Key Segments of Parade March : Gaming / Arts and Culture /Environment / Community.
• Estimated Outreach : More than 3000 participants,20,000 visitors and public in Orchard during the Mascot Parade.
• You can Play A Part : You are invited to take part as a Youth Parader or join us as our audience during the Parade Launch Event. Registration is now open for Paraders and Cosplayers.

  1.00pm to 2.00pm : RoboGaldiators (Full Day)

  2.00pm to 2.30pm : Modern Dance Performances

  2.30pm to 4.00pm : OTAKU Unlimited Cosplay Challenge

  4.00pm to 4.30pm : SHINE LAUNCH Opening

  4.45pm to 5.30pm : SHINE Youth Mascot Parade March

  5.30pm to 6.30pm : KUROBARA Lolita GL Fashion Parade

  6.30pm to 7.30pm : KUROBARA Dollfie Showcase

  7.30pm to 8.30pm : BABESTAR Boothbabe Contest

  8.30pm to 9.45pm : J-RockBand Concert Performances

  Everyone can play a part! Individuals and Organisations welcome!
