Review on my 3 day in Singapore Toy, Games & Comic Convention at Suntec from 14 - 16 AUG...

I was there on the 1st day when they are setting up and so I help them setup as I got 4 days of MC so I didn't go to school. Instead I went to help them... After half an hour of setting up, halfway there only, it looks like this...

Then we continue to upgrad and upgrade...

With plasma tv to promote our stuff and Iron Man on mannequin. Display cabinet to display helmets and stuff. Then on friday I wasn't there as I went to SKSS NCC training instead. But on saturday, I went la, bring my bulky rifle/gun bag and my ACU bag lo. Fetch a taxis to lompang Edwin to the workshop and have some breakfast la. Then wait for Reno to come and load up the 2nd outdoor appearance event at Singapore Discovery Centre to the car, then the rest of the costume we load onto the van. Reach the booth ard 10am just in time to saw some of them setting up already and do some final adjustment before the hordes of crowd are scrambling their way in. Then met Raptor and he's unpacking his stuff la. And so me too join him by going to the back of the cosplay area and suit up. Both of us look nice on that. Lots of ppl took pictures with us, we even kenna interview from Straits Time and phototaking for some TV news headline. Cool to be feature on public.

Then involve in the skit with the SINGAPORE'S ONLY 1:14 Optimus Prime RC rolling on the stage for people to take picture.

Then the skit plot was that a girl was screaming as Storm Shadows is chasing after the girl, and so Snake Eyes came to save the girl by fighting on the stage and off ground. Then Snake Eyes sword was thrown away from him and he trys to avoid from the swinging wave from Storm Shadow. Then suddenly, Chicken Litte came out to fight Storm Shadow with his own lightsabre and he defeated Storm Shadow. Ah haha... The audiences were laughing lo. Then I was just like walking ard letting people taking pictures with us. Too much flashes going into eyes isn't very good... Luckily got my tactical goggle which has the sunlight protection. Then ard the evening escort BumbleBee in and out of the hall for people to take pictures with BB. People were fighting for pictures with it lo. Wa lao... Then ard 8+, time to suit down liao... And so off my costume and pack into the costume room for sunday's apperance. Then try to help them close the booth for the end of the day. Oh yes, Reno treat us for dinner at KFC then a foot massage for me & Edwin as we help him to pack the costume for the sundays SDC appearance back in the workshop ard 12am plus...

Kamen Rider X, Chicken Little, Predator & Darth Vader costume... Ok, started the morning by going to the prata shop near Reno's house and eat the prata, really dam thick... Then off to Suntec liao. So went there and I just suit up in my Cobra Unit costume with AK as the Terminator. Walk here and there until 11am and suit down for the event at SDC. Reach there ard 12pm plus, suit up as Chicken Little and the people guide me there la. For like ard 40 mins then went in and change into SpiderMan costume. Spiderman freaking attracted alot of ppl, with small kids putting on spiderman face paint lo. Then one malay father said Why Spiderman so skinny? Nvr eat alot right?? Ah haha... Oh well, don't talk more abt that.

After the SDC event, went back to workshop to unload the costume and pick up my Masked Rider X costume. Reach there and suit up when Reno is back from his judging for coscon. Then put on my costume and went to the booth lo. Then Edwin went to play the "Let's Go Rider Kick" song on the amplifier... Then ppl at Movie Mania booth high up and sing the 80's song along la... Ah haha... Reno came and so we put on our helmet and went to the cosplay area and pose, with Ash in Storm Shadows costume putting the amplifier on his shoulder and walk with us... He's dam joker lo he... Then the music was loud enough to create the strong attention to photographers and people who like to take pictures with us. The 2 of us look for Kabuto and so we went out for another crowd phototaking. Then Kiva joined us... 4 of us together, putting hands together and flashes here and there. Then do our pose again, then for abt 45mins, Reno left the place and so he shake hands with Kiva & Kabuto to bid farewell lo, that was a moment ppl were like cheering because of the unique action. Follow by me, doing a handshake with Kabuto & Kiva, the bid farewell and left teh scene back to MM's booth. Then helemt off for the day liao lo. Until the end of the day which we help out in tearing dow the booth and loading our stuffs to the van and trucks. All of us were like helping intensively... Then finish already, we went to the grd flr and up on Reno's van for our CHILLI CRAB DINNER... WOO HOO...

Then after dinner, we walk our way while the serangoon gang which Me, Edwin, Jason & Conrad went up on Reno's lorry and off he drop us off at convenient place for us to go back home. Reach back home ard 1am plus... It wil be image intensive when I upload it at the photo album...!!

I FREAKING ENJOY THE STGCC ALOT... IN MY COSTUME ALL THIS... THANKS TO THE PEOPLE OUT THERE...
