MORE EXHIBITORS AND LARGER FLOORSPACE AT THE PC SHOW 2008

The PC Show, Singapore’s longest-running information technology (IT) and consumer electronics exhibition, will turn 18 this year when it opens its doors on 12 June at the Suntec Singapore. With the 2007 show boasting over 400 exhibitors, more than 907,000 visitors and in excess of $26.2 million in sales, organiser Lines Exposition & Management Pte Ltd has doubled the floor space at this year’s exhibition in anticipation of yet another record-breaking event.

Ms Gillian Loh, project manager, Lines Exposition and Management Services, says: “It is incredible that the PC Show is celebrating its 18th birthday! Since the first exhibition in 1991, the PC Show has grown from strength to strength and we have to thank our exhibitors and consumers for their relentless support. It is now regarded as the event to launch new IT products or to buy the hottest new gadgets at bargain prices.

“The PC Show 2008 is expected to be even bigger and better - we’ve doubled the floor space and we’re expecting to showcase more than 600 exhibitors and welcome over 1 million visitors. This is not an event to miss.”

Taking place from 12 to 15 June on levels 1, 3, 4 and 6 at Suntec Singapore, the PC Show will house four individual sections – The PC Show ’08, Digital Imaging ’08, Game ’08 and Consumer Electronics ’08 – where bargain hunters will be overwhelmed by the vast array of technology products available on sale. The exhibition will be held daily from 12 – 9 pm and admission is free.
